If you had chance to watch the first episode of Harry's Arctic Heroes, then you may be interested in visiting the BBC blog to find out more information about the programme.

In the latest post, Captain Martin Hewitt writes about his experiences and what it meant to be part of the challenge, while recovering from his injuries.  Its a great way to learn more about the personal stories behind those who took part in the challenge - from training to facing the terrain of the North Pole. Be inspired.

"If I could achieve that in the most inhospitable environment on the planet, it would signify overcoming the additional challenges my disability have presented me." Captain Martin Hewitt
